Rental conditions

• Except for use on websites and/or use on printed labels rental of images/digital files concerns one-time publication.
• Plants and Pictures will send the images/digital files to the tenant upon receipt of payment for the rented images/digital files.
• When publishing always caption: Plants and Pictures
• Without written permission from Plants and Pictures (Sjaak de Jong and/or Ronald Houtman), rented images/digital files may not be sublet to third parties.
• In the event of use by third parties, resulting from negligence on the part of the tenant, a compensation of the normal rental amount per photograph, increased by € 400,– per photograph, per publication, will be charged.
• Without written permission Plants and Pictures (Sjaak de Jong and/or Ronald Houtman) rented images/digital files may not be published in any other way (in print, printed matter, on the internet, CD-ROM, DVD or on any other, printed or non-printed form whatsoever). In the event of unauthorised publication, regardless of the form or resolution of the image/digital file, a fee of the normal rental amount per photograph, plus € 400 per photograph, per publication, will be charged.
• After publication has been completed, the number of images/digital files used can be checked on the basis of an attendance copy provided by the tenant, after which a possible credit note will be sent.
• After use, the above-mentioned images/digital files should be deleted/destroyed from the tenant’s system.
• When using one or more of the above mentioned images/digital files, the renter agrees with the above mentioned conditions.
